A survey of 50 estate agents which explores their relationship with conveyancers.

In 2013, in partnership with the Property Academy, we conducted a survey of more than 5000 vendors. We asked them many questions, among which: “How did you choose your conveyancer?”

The results proved to be interesting reading, with the majority of home movers (46%) choosing the conveyancer that their estate agent recommended for them.

With estate agents having such an influence on vendors’ choice of conveyancer, we wanted to explore the relationship between estate agents and property solicitors.
